My 3 favourite nude/neutral lipsticks
Hi everyone! Long time no see! I've finally finished my first year of University so the summer can finally begin! Hence I will be dedicating more time to my blog! Thought I'd post a blog post today about my 3 favourite neutral lipsticks which conveniently are from 3 different brands and have 3 different finishes, from drugstore to higher-end so hopefully you'll find one for you!

1) RIMMEL LONDON KATE MOSS LASTING FINISH LIPSTICK - 45
This is definitely one of my go-to lipsticks due to its creamy formula and nude look. It definitely has pigmentation, but since the coverage is quite sheer/creamy, I do find myself re-applying it during the day which is understandable. But with a lip-liner, that definitely prolongs it. It's quite versatile and can be 'paired' with various makeup looks, be that a sultry bronze smokey eye or if you just want to keep it simple in the summer with some mascara, bronzer and highlighter for a 'glowy' look. Very affordable on the price point since it is drugstore, and there are many more shades which suit all skin tones.
2) MAC - VELVET TEDDY
Surprisingly, this is my first ever MAC lipstick and as you might be able to see, it's one of the mini ones they sell. The shade Velvet Teddy is a matte lipstick so I find that it lasts longer during the day. It's not the 'mattest' of formulas that MAC has to offer since they also have Retro Matte lipsticks but it does definitely have an opaque finish and I find it easier to apply. Again it's an everyday shade but since it also has hints of reddy/brown tones, it can be worn in the evening too and it's not just your standard nude colour. Love this lipstick !
3) TOO FACE MELTED MATTE LIPSTICK - COOL GIRL
This was quite a recent purchase since I was seeing quite a few Youtuber's using this liquid lipstick, so I thought I'd give this a try and I love it! The colour is very wearable during the day and can be taken to a night time look too. It's very easy to apply and it's very pigmented, and doesn't leave streaky lines. Since this dries down to a matte finish, it lasts very well throughout the day; I'd probably only need to reapply this after eating but otherwise it doesn't need a lipliner since I don't find that it bleeds out with wear.
